
CLASSES OVERVIEW
Gym Class is an innovative fitness facility designed to deliver a balanced, dynamic, and results-driven workout experience. Our unique program combines six days of training per week, split evenly between three days of small-group weightlifting and three days of high-intensity interval training (HIIT). This structure ensures members build strength, endurance, and overall fitness while keeping workouts varied and engaging.
The weightlifting component offers two distinct full-body tracks to cater to different goals:
Lower Body Focus Track: Emphasises leg and glute strength with exercises like squats, deadlifts, and lunges, complemented by core and upper-body movements for a well-rounded routine.
Upper Body Focus Track: Prioritises chest, back, shoulders, and arms with exercises like bench presses, pull-ups, and rows, while still incorporating core and lower-body work for total-body balance.
Both tracks are designed to build strength and improve functional fitness, allowing members to choose the focus that aligns with their goals while still achieving a comprehensive workout.
The HIIT classes, held three days a week, deliver high-energy, calorie-burning sessions that combine cardio, bodyweight exercises, and functional movements. These fast-paced workouts are scalable for all fitness levels, maximising fat loss, endurance, and overall athletic performance in minimal time.
